Welcome. I’m a licensed professional counselor specializing in helping individuals heal from trauma and chronic anxiety. Currently serving clients in-person in Leesburg, and virtually across Virginia.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), I work with clients who are struggling to move past painful memories, debilitating anxiety, or tumultuous relationship patterns. So much of how we perceive the world and others is shaped by childhood experiences - understanding how adverse or traumatic experiences have shaped how you react and communicate can often be life-changing.

Get to work
During our initial session, we’ll begin to identify the root of your distress and develop a plan for creating change. Sessions are person-centered, and are always guided by a compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based framework.

See change
Most of my clients begin to see relief within the first month, and notice significant healing within six months. Many clients opt to continue with maintenance therapy after this point, both to process the ups and downs of life, and to delve deeper into self-discovery.
